Founder & Managing Director of Milan constromech has 20+ years of professional experience of Sales, Marketing & Operations of heavy earthmoving equipment, Plants & Machineries.

With this astonishing & graceful multifold experience,... he ventured into his own brand called Radius Equipment as dealer for Doosan Excavators, South Korea & Nawa Engineers and Crushers, India. A Milestone of approx. 300 Doosan machines amounting to an approx value of 160 CR. in the span of 4 years.
Continuing this fantastic journey he joined Svenska [Dealer for Volvo CE] in 2004 handling rest of Maharashtra business from scratch & created market of approx. 225 machines against the tough competition from existing established brands, in the span of 4 years.
The successful journey of Mr. Pavan started with Tata Hitachi dealer - power pack in the year 2001.
Founder Director of Radius Equipment Pvt. Ltd has years of professional experienced in Sales, Marketing, Management and operation and mantainance of Plant and equipment for project sites.
Successful journey started with ICICI Bank - Construction Equipment Finance - For the period of 4 years 2004 - 2008.
From 2008 onwards in Radius Equipment look after Nawa Stone Crusher Business line and now Puzzolana - Stone Crusher Business.

Education: B.Sc. Graduate.

Also providing Consultancy services to CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE companies for operation and maintenance of Plant and Equipment for project sites.

Achieved milestone for Nawa crusher by creating a market value with 84 plants & more than 200 individual Crusher Equipments amounting to approx 170 CR. in the state of Maharashtra.
